Criteria For Service

 

  • Single income of $3500/mo with no burial insurance.

  • Couples income of $4500/mo with no burial insurance.

 
Important Note
 

  • Services available for recent deaths within 1-3 weeks and no more than 30 days for other services.

  • Patrice Adams Foundation will deal directly with Funeral Homes or Medical Facilities.
